These terms are designed to protect platform integrity, operational flexibility, and our right to evaluate partners carefully.

The partner platform is a controlled business workflow, not an open entitlement. These terms are intentionally strict because onboarding quality, compliance standards, and platform trust depend on accurate information and disciplined use.

1. Acceptance

These Terms govern access to and use of the 1rsmeal restaurant partner platform, including onboarding, verification, communication, payment, and waitlist workflows. By using the platform or submitting an application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You may use the partner platform only if you have authority to represent the restaurant or business entity involved. 1rsmeal may request proof of such authority at any time and may suspend or reject access if that authority is unclear, disputed, or unsupported.

3. Application review is discretionary

Submission of an onboarding form, payment of a token amount, completion of verification, or receipt of communications from us does not guarantee activation, listing, exclusivity, partnership status, or continued access. 1rsmeal retains full discretion to accept, reject, defer, pause, or terminate any application or account.

4. Accuracy of information

You must provide complete, current, and accurate information. Any false statement, omitted fact, misleading document, inaccurate registration detail, or impersonation attempt is a material breach of these Terms and may result in rejection, suspension, permanent restriction, or legal escalation.

5. Verification and compliance

1rsmeal may verify identity, business registrations, FSSAI status, tax details, operating address, ownership, and any other relevant information. We may also request additional records at any time. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all licenses, approvals, and registrations necessary for lawful operations.

6. Fees and token payments

Any token payment made during onboarding is collected for application intent, operational processing, or queue management purposes. Payment does not by itself create any vested right to approval, listing, or launch. Refund treatment, if any, remains subject to 1rsmeal’s internal review, platform policy, operational feasibility, and applicable law.

7. Platform rights

1rsmeal may modify onboarding criteria, documentation requirements, waitlist sequencing, launch eligibility, platform features, support channels, commercial policies, and operational standards at any time. We may audit, monitor, limit, or withdraw access in order to protect platform quality, users, business interests, or compliance obligations.

8. Prohibited conduct

You may not misuse the platform, interfere with security controls, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected flows, submit fraudulent details, impersonate others, attempt to bypass review systems, or use the platform in a way that harms 1rsmeal, its users, or other partners.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access immediately and without prior notice if we detect fraud risk, policy violations, integrity concerns, abusive behavior, suspicious submissions, legal exposure, or any operational concern that in our judgment justifies protective action.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 1rsmeal and its affiliates, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, special, or business interruption damages, including lost revenue, lost opportunity, reputational harm, data loss, or onboarding delay, even if we have been advised such loss may occur.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 1rsmeal and its affiliates from any claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, cost, penalty, or expense arising from your submissions, your operations, your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of the partner platform.

12. Governing framework

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operational entity running 1rsmeal’s partner platform. Any disputes shall be handled in the forum chosen by 1rsmeal where such choice is legally enforceable. You agree that interim or injunctive relief may be sought by 1rsmeal to protect its systems, confidential information, or business interests.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The updated version becomes effective when posted. Continued use of the platform after publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions.
