Request deletion of your 1rsmeal merchant account and associated business data.

This page explains how restaurant partners can request account deletion for the 1rsmeal merchant app. Deletion requests are handled manually after ownership verification to prevent unauthorized removal of a business account.

How to request deletion

Email support@1rsmeal.com from your registered email address or contact us using the phone number linked to your merchant account.

Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.

Include your restaurant name, registered phone number, owner name, and a clear request that you want the merchant account deleted.

Our team may contact you to verify account ownership before processing the deletion request.

Data typically deleted

  • Merchant profile details and onboarding information
  • Restaurant menu, location, and operational profile data
  • Stored payout account information that is not required to be retained
  • App access linked to the deleted merchant account

Data that may be retained

  • Transaction, billing, payout, and subscription reference records where retention is required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance
  • Support and operational communications relevant to prior account activity
  • Security, audit, and abuse-prevention logs for a limited retention period or longer where legally required

Processing timeline

Once ownership is verified, we aim to process deletion requests within 7 business days. If there are unresolved payouts, disputes, fraud checks, or compliance holds, we may retain limited records for longer where operationally or legally necessary.
